When you submit a repair request, the site collects your name, phone number, optional email address, service preference, and message. Tate uses that information only to respond to your request and arrange bicycle service.
Cookies and tracking
This site stores one local preference so it can remember that you dismissed the privacy notice. It does not use analytics, advertising cookies, or behavioural tracking.
Form processing
Repair-request submissions may be processed by the website’s hosting provider so they can be delivered to Fixin to Ride.
Your information
You may ask for information you submitted to be corrected or deleted by emailing tate@fixintoride.ca.
